Job Purpose
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) invites applications for a Human Resources Learnership for people with disabilities. Successful candidates will complete the National Certificate: Business Administration Services (NQF Level 3) through a 12-month programme involving both theoretical classes and structured work experience.
This learnership offers a valuable opportunity to gain real-world HR experience while being supported by mentorship and coaching throughout the journey.
Key Responsibilities

Complete the full Business Administration Learnership Programme

Participate in a structured learning experience including both formal training and on-the-job learning

Provide administrative support throughout the year, especially during peak business periods or when teams are on leave
Minimum Requirements
-
Grade 12 (Matric) with Maths or Math Literacy and English (minimum 40%)

Must be a South African citizen
-
Must be between 18 and 34 years old

Must be unemployed
-
Must be an Employment Equity candidate

Must present a valid medical certificate detailing the nature of the disability

Must not have completed this same learnership/qualification before

Must not have a criminal record or negative credit record

Must not be enrolled in any full-time formal studies

Must be willing to attend classes during weekdays and Saturdays if required

Must be based in or near Midrand, or willing to travel there

Must commit to the full 12-month programme

Stipend
