Job Purpose

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is offering Sales Learnerships for unemployed youth. This opportunity is aimed at equipping learners with essential marketing and sales skills and practical experience. Successful candidates will be enrolled in the National Certificate: Marketing (NQF Level 4) program.

Key Responsibilities

As a learner, you will gain exposure in:

Sales and customer care
Customer management and communication
Marketing essentials
Merchandising standards
Management principles

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 certificate
- Passed Mathematics or Math Literacy with at least 40%
- Passed two South African languages with at least 40%
Diploma or Degree (advantageous)
Driver’s licence (advantageous)
Must NOT have completed the same learnership elsewhere
Must be unemployed, a South African citizen, and between 18–35 years old
Employment Equity candidates only
Willing to commit to the full 12-month program
