Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Admin Coordinator to join our Mbombela Medical and Dental Centre team. The role focuses on delivering professional customer service by efficiently managing patient administration and supporting daily operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess billing information for accuracy

  • Maintain stock management processes actively

  • Review and manage GOODX and SWITCH system setups

  • Manage main receptionist staff and rostering

  • Ensure maintenance of office equipment

  • Follow up on all patient accounts

  • Identify and resolve problems using age analysis

  • Oversee daily cash-up control and banking

  • Manage all patient accounts and related functions

  • Act as practice manager in their absence


Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Grade 12

  • Degree or diploma advantageous

  • 2-3 years’ experience in office administration

  • Healthcare industry experience preferred

  • Experience with GOODX system advantageous

  • Proficient in MS Office 365 and general computer literacy
