Main Purpose of the Job:
To safely transport and escort patients, equipment, and related items across hospital departments, supporting smooth and safe healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport and escort patients to designated areas

Assist during emergency evacuations

Perform driver functions as required by the hospital

Ensure patient rights and confidentiality are upheld

Adhere to Mediclinic values and service standards
Minimum Requirements:
Education:

Essential: Grade 12

Desired: None
Experience:

Essential: Experience in client service/public interaction
-
Desired: Experience in healthcare or care work
Skills & Knowledge:

Valid driver’s license with PDP

Understanding of patient rights and confidentiality

Proficient in English (reading, speaking, writing)
