Purpose:
To provide front-line reception and administrative support in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner, aligned with RCL Foods’ values and commitment to “We Grow What Matters.”
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:

Grade 12 / NQF Level 4

2 years’ experience in customer service/reception

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage switchboard and direct incoming calls
-
Perform general administrative support across departments
-
Assist with reports, notices, and documentation
-
Book and manage Training Centre availability
-
Relieve Cashiers when needed
-
Update noticeboards regularly
-
Handle stationery orders and distribution
-
Create and process purchase requisitions (Admin & ad hoc)
-
GRN processing of received orders
-
Maintain printed stationery and security seal registers
-
Manage purchase and issue of cash bags and related stationery
