Call Centre Agent

Purpose of the Role:
To drive customer engagement through daily outbound calls, active sales, customer care, and up-selling efforts, ensuring customer satisfaction while growing the order basket size.
Key Responsibilities

Order Management:

Contact existing customers to place and capture accurate orders

Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment

Update and maintain customer and order records

Sales & Customer Engagement:

Actively promote and hard-sell products to customers

Upsell to increase the basket size
-
Activate inactive customers to generate repeat business

Communicate category-specific promotions and deals
-
Support sales in remote/outlying regions lacking in-person sales visits

Customer Service & Relationship Building:

Provide professional customer care and support
-
Address customer queries, complaints, or concerns efficiently

Build strong and long-term customer relationships

Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order processing and logistics

Meet and exceed sales and performance targets set by management

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) – mandatory
