Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for administering and controlling all cash and card transactions conducted at the shop. Your attention to detail and accuracy will ensure smooth financial operations within the retail environment.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or NQF 4
- Numerate with strong mathematical skills
- Honest and trustworthy
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Fast-paced and energetic attitude
- Accurate and friendly demeanor
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage paypoint sales and transactions
- Provide excellent client service to all customers
- Process receipts from customers and handle allocations efficiently
- Manage receipts from card customers and complete back-office tasks
- Conduct daily banking of all cheques and cash collected
Skills Required:
To excel in this role, the following skills are essential:
- Excellent client service skills
- Ability to handle conflicts professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer literacy
