REMUNERATION
R144,024 per annum
Annual salary plus service benefits, including:
13th cheque.
Employer's contribution to the pension fund.
Housing allowance.
Medical aid allowance.
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Basic numeracy and literacy.
EXPERIENCE
Appropriate experience in a warehouse environment.
COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS)
Applicants should have:
Good communication skills.
The ability to work with and handle stock.
Physical and mental fitness suitable for the duties of the position.
DUTIES (KEY RESULT AREAS/OUTPUTS)
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Answering the telephone and handling queries.
Managing issue vouchers.
Receiving and issuing goods.
Driving around the estate and delivering goods to end-users.
Cleaning various stores and non-store areas within the main stores.
Assisting in other stores when required.
Rotating store stock according to the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle.
Assisting the Warehouse Clerk with the handling of stock.
INHERENT REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
Valid driver's licence (Code B/EB).
