Key Responsibilities

• Pack shelves and bins according to established company standards.

• Ensure shelves and bins remain fully stocked and neatly presented.

• Assist customers on the shop floor by listening to their requests and providing the required products or services.

• Advise customers on products and services when required.

• Handle customers in a courteous and professional manner.

• Maintain hygiene, housekeeping and cleanliness standards throughout the warehouse and shop floor.

• Unpack, stack and store stock in a tidy and safe manner.

• Minimise stock damage during handling and storage.

• Ensure stock is arranged according to the correct layout when required.

• Perform routine tasks consistently and to a high standard.

• Complete assigned duties efficiently and within required timeframes.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

• Ability and willingness to work shifts according to operational requirements.
