Premier FMCG is looking for an Assistant: Admin to provide administrative assistance and support to the designated Manager and/or department/team.
The successful candidate will help ensure the smooth running of the department or office by providing effective administrative and organisational support.

Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Managing filing systems.
Making travel arrangements.
Coordinating meetings and events.
Preparing and managing documents, presentations and reports.
Managing office housekeeping.
Providing general office administration support.
Managing petty cash.
Taking and preparing meeting minutes.
Managing the Manager's diary.
Handling ad hoc administrative requests.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Matric.
Advanced MS Office skills are required.
An Administration Diploma or equivalent qualification will be an advantage.
Experience
2–3 years' administrative experience.
Previous experience in an FMCG environment will be advantageous.
