Available Learnership Opportunities
1. HR Learnership Learner Miner
Learners will gain practical exposure to mining operations and workplace processes within the mining environment.
2. HR Learnership Engineering (Rigger)
This programme provides exposure to rigging operations, lifting equipment, and safe material handling practices in a mining environment.
3. HR Learnership Engineering (Auto Electrician)
Learners will receive training in electrical systems, fault finding, repairs, and maintenance of mining vehicles and equipment.
4. HR Learnership Engineering (Diesel Mechanic)
The programme focuses on servicing, repairing, and maintaining diesel-powered machinery and mining equipment.
5. HR Learnership Engineering (Fitter)
Learners will gain practical experience in fitting, assembling, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment.
6. HR Learnership Engineering (Instrumentation)
This learnership provides training in the installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial instrumentation systems.
7. HR Learnership Engineering (Boilermaker)
Learners will be exposed to metal fabrication, welding, maintenance, and repair of mining structures and equipment.
8. HR Learnership Engineering (Millwright)

Purpose of the Learnership Programme

Minimum Requirements
Applicants should generally meet the following requirements:
Grade 10, Grade 12, AET Level 4, or equivalent qualification (depending on the discipline).
English and Mathematics.
Good communication, literacy, and numeracy skills.
Ability to obtain a valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
Willingness to participate in both practical and theoretical training.
