Liberty Group Limited is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join its Commercial Markets team in Bedfordview. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient front-desk and telephonic support while ensuring a positive customer experience for clients, visitors, and stakeholders.

Purpose of the Role
The Receptionist will support the Commercial Markets team by managing reception services, handling incoming calls, directing client enquiries, and ensuring the secure handling of customer information. The role contributes to maintaining a professional image of the business while supporting daily operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Reception and Front Desk Services
Welcome clients, visitors, and stakeholders in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage the reception area and ensure a positive customer experience.
Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Maintain a professional and organized reception environment.
Telephonic Support
Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and professionally.
Handle customer enquiries and route calls to relevant departments.
Take and relay messages accurately and timeously.

Customer Service
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure all client interactions are handled professionally.

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
Grade 12 / Matric (Secondary School Qualification).
Experience
1–2 years' experience in a reception, customer service, banking, or administrative environment.
Experience within the financial services or banking industry will be advantageous.
Knowledge of banking or financial products and services will be beneficial.
Knowledge Requirements
Understanding of the Code of Banking Practice.
