Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
Grade 12 (Senior Certificate) or an equivalent qualification.
At least one (1) year of experience in the Public Service.
Basic knowledge of administrative processes.
Good communication and numeracy skills.
Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Ability to compile and draw data reports.
Good time management skills.
Knowledge and understanding of Batho Pele Principles.
Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
Added Advantages
Experience in data capturing.
Computer certificate.
Experience working with DHIS and Health Information Management systems.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Administrative Support Services
Perform monthly data reconciliation and data validation.
Capture and update data on the DHIS database and Health Information Management (HIM) database.
Generate and maintain various spreadsheets and data reports.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Compile routine statistical reports and information.
Receive, register, and track records and documents for processing.
Take meeting minutes when required.
Capture routine transactions and transfer information from manual records to electronic systems.
Records and Information Management
Update and file records according to approved filing standards.
Continuously update information on systems for reporting purposes.
Maintain the DHIS database.
Retrieve information when required.
Submit reports to relevant directorates and stakeholders.
Answer incoming calls and respond to office enquiries.
Perform any additional duties delegated by the supervisor.
