Job Description

Clover is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Controller: Customer Master to join its Commercial Department in Roodepoort. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy of Customer Master records for the Group and its business partners.

This role plays a key part in supporting business operations through record management, documentation processing, report preparation, and the resolution of customer data discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Master Maintenance

  • Create new customer accounts according to Clover's standards and procedures.

  • Download account applications and prepare Excel files for bulk account creation.

  • Prepare and format Excel spreadsheets for bulk maintenance activities.

  • Update and maintain existing customer records to support operational requirements.

  • Ensure all customer information is accurate and up to date.

Call Management

  • Monitor the call logging system for Customer Master-related requests.

  • Respond to logged calls promptly and efficiently.

  • Adhere to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Provide guidance and assistance to users regarding Customer Master queries.

Customer Master Support

  • Provide support to internal users and business partners.

  • Assist users with troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues.

  • Provide information and support to facilitate business processes.

  • Investigate and resolve customer record discrepancies.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate.

  • Relevant National Certificate qualification.

  • Relevant experience applying job-related concepts, techniques, and processes.

  • Fluent in Business English.

  • Intermediate computer literacy.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and administrative systems will be advantageous.
