Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent qualification.
Understanding of Health Information processes and procedures.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literacy skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
Capturing and analysing hospital data on DHIS.
Communicating effectively with supervisors and managers at data generation points.
Supporting management through the provision of health information for strategic planning documents.
Providing health information training to managers and supervisors.
Monthly data capturing on Web DHIS.
Coordinating and participating in Health Information Verification Committee activities.
Ensuring compliance with District Health Information Management System (DHIS) policies.
