Job Overview

Tracker is looking for two Customer Service Representatives to join its Cape Town Sales Support team. The successful candidates will provide administrative and customer support services, assist with scheduling and contract processing, and ensure excellent service delivery to clients, business partners, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process sales contracts received from clients, sales consultants, brokers, dealers, and business partners.

  • Schedule Tracker installations with Fitment Centres and in-house technicians.

  • Coordinate Business Service Requests as required.

  • Manage and adjust technicians' schedules to maintain operational efficiency.

  • Provide technical support and assistance where necessary.

  • Follow up on outstanding contracts submitted by brokers, dealers, fitment centres, and sales consultants.

  • Compile and provide performance statistics to relevant stakeholders.

  • Handle customer and partner queries by investigating and escalating matters to the appropriate departments.

  • Ensure accurate capturing of lead sources and pricing information.

  • Issue insurance certificates to customers when required.

  • Attend to incoming calls and provide professional customer support.

  • Liaise with brokers, dealers, fitment centres, corporate clients, sales teams, and head office staff.

  • Deliver excellent service to both existing and prospective customers.

  • Maintain a customer-focused approach while protecting the company's interests.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric).

  • At least 2 years' experience in an administrative or customer service role.

  • Previous experience within the logistics, vehicle tracking, or related industries will be advantageous.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
