About the Role
JAM Clothing is on the lookout for dynamic and passionate retail professionals who are ready to lead from the front and drive results in a high-energy retail environment. We are recruiting for both Store Managers and Trainee Managers to join our team in Nelspruit Promenade, where delivering exceptional customer service and managing store operations with excellence is key.
What You’ll Do

Lead your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Drive sales performance and achieve store targets

Oversee day-to-day operations, including stock control and visual merchandising

Manage and motivate team members to reach their full potential

Ensure effective and accurate stock takes and inventory results

Maintain a high-performance culture with strong operational standards

Solve problems quickly and efficiently with a sense of urgency

Support new team members through training and onboarding (for Store Managers)
Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12) – Essential
-
At least 2 years’ experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Manager role

Proven track record in achieving strong stock take results

Excellent customer service and people management skills

Strong leadership abilities and a results-driven mindset

High attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment

A positive attitude and a passion for fashion retail
