Job Overview
On the Dot is looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to join their team as a Service Centre Agent – Inbound, based in Ormonde, Johannesburg.
This role is customer-facing and requires excellent communication, data handling, and problem-solving skills to manage customer and publisher interactions effectively.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls

Manage customer and publisher complaints and queries

Import data, compile print orders, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders

Perform data cleaning and ensure accuracy

Analyse different types of data for reporting and operational improvements

Provide quick and accurate responses to customers for a positive experience

Engage with customers in a professional manner

Collaborate with different teams as needed
Educational Requirements
-
Grade 12 or equivalent
-
Proficient in MS Excel (advanced level)

Familiarity with relevant software packages and data import tools

Strong data analysis skills
Experience Requirements

Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Customer Service or Call Centre environment

Experience with general administration

Proven ability to handle difficult customer interactions

Experience in data evaluation and data imports

Proficiency in advanced Excel is essential

Comfortable working with customer databases and reporting tools
