Available Trainee Opportunities

Contact Centre Trainee
- First point of contact for customers via calls, emails, and other channels
- Provide excellent service and resolve queries quickly
- Customer-focused and articulate individuals encouraged to apply
Autoglass Trainee
- Assist in installing, repairing, and replacing auto glass
- Requires technical knowledge and attention to detail
- High-quality service delivery is key
Customer Service Consultant (Fitment Centre Front Desk)
- Provide operational and customer support at the Fitment Centre
- Handle internal sales and customer queries
- Act as leader in absence of Fitment Centre Manager
Human Resources Trainee
- Support the HR and Finance departments with admin and operational tasks
- Ideal for candidates studying or trained in HR or office support

Minimum Requirements

Educational Qualifications

Matric (Grade 12) is required

Tertiary Qualifications (HET)

Degree or Diploma in:
- Business Management
- Operations Management
- Retail Management
- Marketing Management

Nated (N6) Qualifications

Management Assistant
Business Management
Office Management
Supply Chain Management
Engineering Studies (Fitting & Turning)
Human Resources Management
Financial Management
Call Centre related studies

Skills Required

Strong interpersonal and telephonic communication
Excellent customer service orientation
Exceptional computer and organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Self-motivated with initiative

Additional Criteria

South African citizen
Aged between 18–29 years
Currently unemployed
Not previously registered on the YES4Youth Programme
No criminal record
Driver’s license is beneficial but not required
