About the Role:

iStore, Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller, is seeking tech-savvy, customer-focused individuals to join its Sales Consultant team at iStore Sandton City. In this role, you’ll be the face of Apple in the store, providing hands-on product experiences, engaging with customers, and offering complete Apple solutions that match their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers on the sales floor
Demonstrate and explain Apple products and services confidently
Identify customer needs and present customised solutions
Stay informed on Apple products and iStore offerings
Contribute to a positive team environment and meet sales targets

Minimum Requirements:

Matric / National Senior Certificate – Essential
Some experience in sales or retail preferred
Strong passion and knowledge of Apple products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiasm for technology and customer service
