Purpose of the Role
To provide recent HR/Office Administration graduates with hands-on experience in a corporate training and development environment. This role supports administrative and coordination tasks related to learnerships, training, and development initiatives.
Minimum Requirements

BTech / Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management or Office Administration

Minimum NQF Level 7 qualification
-
Must be a recent graduate (completed studies)

Must not be currently enrolled in or funded by another SETA programme
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Strong administrative capabilities and attention to detail

Good time management and ability to meet deadlines

Fluent verbal and written communication in English

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Google Suite is an advantage

Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn

Ability to handle multiple tasks and assist in projects

Systematic and accurate in task execution
Key Responsibilities

Perform administrative tasks related to training and development

Support the coordination and follow-up of learnerships

Assist in planning and implementing ad hoc training projects

Compile and submit monthly reports

Ensure accuracy and consistency in training records and documentation
