Purpose of the Role
To provide recent HR/Office Administration graduates with hands-on experience in a corporate training and development environment. This role supports administrative and coordination tasks related to learnerships, training, and development initiatives.


Minimum Requirements

  • BTech / Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management or Office Administration

  • Minimum NQF Level 7 qualification

  • Must be a recent graduate (completed studies)

  • Must not be currently enrolled in or funded by another SETA programme


Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Strong administrative capabilities and attention to detail

  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines

  • Fluent verbal and written communication in English

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Google Suite is an advantage

  • Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and assist in projects

  • Systematic and accurate in task execution


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks related to training and development

  • Support the coordination and follow-up of learnerships

  • Assist in planning and implementing ad hoc training projects

  • Compile and submit monthly reports

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in training records and documentation
