Main Purpose of the Role
To professionally manage the front desk and operations at a PG Glass Fitment Centre. This includes customer service, internal sales processing, claims handling, scheduling, and general administrative support—ensuring efficient and compliant business operations.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all walk-in and telephonic counter sales with a strong customer focus

Provide accurate advice and close sales to achieve revenue and NPS (Net Promoter Score) targets

Process claims promptly and collect excess payments correctly

Maintain administrative and stock control procedures to ensure seamless operations

Use the internal scheduling system to optimise Fitters' productivity and daily job targets

Order stock in alignment with work schedules, following proper procurement protocols

Comply with operational standards, company procedures, and corporate identity guidelines

Support any reasonable work requests from PG Glass Management
Required Qualifications

Matric (Grade 12)
Essential Knowledge and Skills

Strong computer literacy (especially Microsoft Outlook and Excel)

Excellent telephone and interpersonal communication skills

Solid customer service and relationship-building abilities

Problem-solving and analytical thinking

Ability to coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders
