Role Purpose:
To efficiently engage with clients, resolve their queries in line with service level agreements (SLAs) and regulatory requirements, and contribute to a culture of excellent customer service.

Experience:

2–3 years in a client service or call centre environment

Medical scheme industry experience (Preferred)

Skills:

Bilingual (English + one official South African language)

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:

Handle client and intermediary queries professionally and within SLA timelines.

Resolve or escalate complaints and ensure timely feedback to clients.

Accurately capture and update client data.
Service & Administration:

Complete all administrative tasks and reports on time.

Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.

Identify and report service/process issues to improve the client experience.
Relationship Building:

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Offer expert advice and recommendations to enhance service delivery.
