Role Purpose:
To represent the company and its services within the forecourt retail environment, enhancing product/service exposure, growing the customer base, driving rentals, and ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Experience Management
-
Manage customer vetting, registration, and rental processes.

Collect and act on customer feedback to improve services.
-
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve queries, complaints, and requests.
2. Inventory Management
-
Store, track, maintain, and charge rental equipment.
-
Oversee inventory control and proper upkeep of all devices.
3. Compliance & Brand Management
-
Ensure on-site brand consistency and adherence to health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) standards.
-
Report and escalate non-compliance issues.
-
Deliver reports and KPI insights on performance and site feedback.
4. Reporting & Administration
-
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and customer reports.

Capture customer interactions and trends.
-
Proactively identify challenges and suggest corrective actions.
Minimum Requirements:

Education:

Matric (Grade 12) – Essential

Experience:

2–3 years in commission-based retail sales

Solid sales and marketing background
