Salary: R193,359.00 – R227,766.00 per annum

The QCTO is looking for a highly motivated and professional individual to provide front desk and reception services. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to nation-building and support the delivery of occupational qualifications.
Minimum Requirements:

Matric Certificate
-
A recognised 3-year Occupational Qualification or National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Office Management, Secretarial Management, Customer Relations, or Public Relations

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a receptionist including switchboard operation

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Key Duties:
-
Manage the reception area and switchboard
-
Greet and direct visitors
-
Answer and forward calls
-
Handle incoming and outgoing mail

Provide accurate information about QCTO
-
Assist with admin tasks like travel arrangements and filing
