Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
Salary: R193,359.00 – R227,766.00 per annum

The QCTO is looking for a highly motivated and professional individual to provide front desk and reception services. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to nation-building and support the delivery of occupational qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate

  • A recognised 3-year Occupational Qualification or National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Office Management, Secretarial Management, Customer Relations, or Public Relations

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a receptionist including switchboard operation

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Key Duties:

  • Manage the reception area and switchboard

  • Greet and direct visitors

  • Answer and forward calls

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail

  • Provide accurate information about QCTO

  • Assist with admin tasks like travel arrangements and filing
