Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)

  • South African citizen

  • Resident of the City of Ekurhuleni (specific ward must be listed on CV)

  • Age: 18–35 years preferred; candidates over 35 will also be considered

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with local communities


Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct house-to-house verification of title deeds

  • Profile and capture information of title deed beneficiaries

  • Assist supervisors during title deed distribution processes

  • Trace beneficiaries whose title deeds remain with the City

  • Investigate and report reasons for delays or backlogs in title deed issuance

  • Accurately record and report daily tasks to supervisors

  • Support community meetings when requested by supervisors
