Purpose of the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Mukuru at the frontline, responsible for delivering efficient, compliant, and professional foreign exchange services. Your attention to detail, customer focus, and commitment to excellence will contribute to a seamless experience for Mukuru clients.
Key Responsibilities

Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and in line with compliance regulations

Validate and verify customer documentation to ensure legitimacy

Identify and escalate fraudulent documents

Manage and reconcile own stock and cash balances

Stay updated with procedures, systems (especially ICFX), and exchange control regulations

Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the Mukuru brand

Take ownership of your training, learning, and career development
Minimum Requirements
-
Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
-
1 year customer service experience (essential)

Completed Mukuru Forex Consultant training (advantageous)

Understanding of FICA regulations (desirable)

Familiarity with ICFX system (desirable)

Ability to pass internal compliance testing
