Core Responsibilities
-
Compile daily, monthly, and quarterly reports
-
Conduct follow-ups on title deed queries
-
Report to the supervisor or manager overseeing title deeds
-
Conduct house-to-house verification of title deeds
-
Profile title deed beneficiaries
-
Support supervisors in title deed distribution
-
Trace beneficiaries whose title deeds remain with the City
-
Investigate root causes of title deed distribution backlogs
-
Keep accurate records for referrals and follow-up actions

Attend internal Human Settlement Department meetings

Support community meetings as requested
