Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric)

  • Post-Matric Qualification (e.g. certificate, diploma)

  • Computer literacy

  • South African citizen

  • Resident of the City of Ekurhuleni (specific ward must be listed on CV)

  • Age: 18–35 years preferred; applicants over 35 will also be considered

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

  • Strong community communication skills

  • Conflict management skills


Core Responsibilities

  • Compile daily, monthly, and quarterly reports

  • Conduct follow-ups on title deed queries

  • Report to the supervisor or manager overseeing title deeds

  • Conduct house-to-house verification of title deeds

  • Profile title deed beneficiaries

  • Support supervisors in title deed distribution

  • Trace beneficiaries whose title deeds remain with the City

  • Investigate root causes of title deed distribution backlogs

  • Keep accurate records for referrals and follow-up actions

  • Attend internal Human Settlement Department meetings

  • Support community meetings as requested
