Minimum Qualifications

Matric / Grade 12 / NQF 4 (essential)

Minimum Experience Required

At least 1 year experience in the short-term insurance industry
Previous call centre experience with strong performance metrics

Key Responsibilities

Register and capture new non-motor claims on internal systems
Handle claims administration, follow-ups, and client communication
Liaise with clients, service providers, and assessors
Validate claims and ensure timely payments to service providers
Resolve customer and service provider queries
Ensure compliance with service quality and turnaround times
Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail throughout the process
