Purpose of the Role:

To manage the daily operations of the retail branch to ensure profitability, strong team performance, and customer satisfaction. The manager is expected to lead by example and create a positive, sales-driven work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management: Drive store performance and achieve targets

  • Financial & Administrative Management: Ensure accurate reporting and financial control

  • Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels and reduce shrinkage

  • Merchandising & Store Presentation: Maintain store standards and visual appeal

  • Safety & Security: Enforce safety protocols for staff and customers

  • Customer Centricity: Ensure an outstanding customer experience

  • People Management: Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing team

  • Team Collaboration & Self-Management


Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric

  • 3–5 years retail management experience

  • Diploma in Retail Management or Business (advantageous)
