Purpose of the Role:
To manage the daily operations of the retail branch to ensure profitability, strong team performance, and customer satisfaction. The manager is expected to lead by example and create a positive, sales-driven work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management: Drive store performance and achieve targets

Financial & Administrative Management: Ensure accurate reporting and financial control

Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels and reduce shrinkage

Merchandising & Store Presentation: Maintain store standards and visual appeal

Safety & Security: Enforce safety protocols for staff and customers

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric

3–5 years retail management experience

Diploma in Retail Management or Business (advantageous)
