Purpose of the Role:
To deliver excellent service to internal and external customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions. The goal is to help retain customers and support sales and lead generation.
Minimum Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12
-
2+ years of customer service/sales experience in a call centre environment

Experience in sales lead generation is essential
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Cancellations:
-
Manage customer queries and cancellation requests (In-House, Dealer, IIP)
-
Proactively follow up with clients regarding pending queries
-
Provide telephone updates and maintain clear communication throughout relocation or cancellation processes
Administrative Duties:
-
Accurately capture and interpret customer information
-
Escalate unresolved issues appropriately
-
Handle call overflow from Level 1 Agents as needed
-
Liaise with internal departments/branches
Sales Support:
-
Qualify and contact new leads
-
Book reconnection and relocation appointments
-
Manage sales consultants' diaries
-
Follow up on open leads
