Job Overview
The Regional Parts Sales Manager (RPSM) will drive aftermarket growth, parts sales, and customer support across Komatsu’s dealer and distributor network—initially focused on South Africa and nearby regions. This leadership role is key to increasing market share, ensuring dealer enablement, and aligning local execution with Komatsu’s global aftermarket strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional parts sales strategies to grow Komatsu’s aftermarket business.

Partner with dealers and internal teams to identify opportunities, set targets, and execute territory plans.

Act as the primary liaison between dealers, factories, and Parts Distribution Centers (PDCs).

Monitor KPIs and sales performance, and implement improvements where needed.

Support pricing strategy execution and special quotation development.

Lead dealer performance reviews, site visits, and continuous improvement sessions.

Oversee regional product launches, marketing campaigns, and training programs.

Manage inventory programs, including consignment and compliance audits.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or equivalent experience.

At least 10 years in parts sales, marketing, or aftermarket support within the heavy equipment or mining industry.

Solid knowledge of distribution models and regional business practices.

Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce.

Able to travel frequently (up to 70%).
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Komatsu mining products or similar heavy mining equipment.

Prior work supporting dealer networks.

Advanced skills in data analytics or sales forecasting.

Multilingual ability (regional languages preferred).

Experience with consignment inventory and pricing governance.
