Purpose of the Role
To provide administrative support to all academic-related functions at the Pretoria campus. This includes assessment administration, enrolment processing, student recordkeeping, and graduation support, ensuring accurate data handling and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Provide assessment administration support (including Information Systems when required)

Handle and resolve student academic queries

Support enrolment administration processes
-
Assist with graduation-related administrative tasks

Support CAT (Credit Accumulation and Transfer), RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning), and qualification change applications

Contribute to tracking processes for academically at-risk students

Manage extended studies contracts (specific to Information Systems Certificates)
Minimum Requirements
-
Education: Grade 12 (Matric)

Preferred: Tertiary qualification in a relevant field

Experience: Minimum 1 year in an administrative role, preferably within higher education or assessment administration
