Job Purpose

To maximize service sales and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service, accurate job card processing, and efficient follow-up on vehicle repairs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maximise service sales using professional techniques

  • Ensure secure handling of cash and verified payments

  • Accurately record customer details and vehicle service history

  • Perform physical inspection of vehicles with customers

  • Communicate progress updates to clients during the day

  • Complete CPA documentation as per legal requirements

  • Verify service or maintenance plan authorizations

  • Obtain customer approval for additional work and quotations

  • Control work-in-progress and job card deposits for jobs over R5,000

  • Maintain proper filing and documentation procedures

  • Ensure warranty claims and costings are processed daily

  • Promote up-sell items and secure required approvals


Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent

  • 2–3 years experience in a similar role

  • Knowledge of service department operations and customer care

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
