Job Purpose
To maximize service sales and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service, accurate job card processing, and efficient follow-up on vehicle repairs.
Key Responsibilities

Maximise service sales using professional techniques
-
Ensure secure handling of cash and verified payments
-
Accurately record customer details and vehicle service history
-
Perform physical inspection of vehicles with customers
-
Communicate progress updates to clients during the day
-
Complete CPA documentation as per legal requirements
-
Verify service or maintenance plan authorizations
-
Obtain customer approval for additional work and quotations
-
Control work-in-progress and job card deposits for jobs over R5,000
-
Maintain proper filing and documentation procedures
-
Ensure warranty claims and costings are processed daily
-
Promote up-sell items and secure required approvals
Minimum Requirements
-
Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
-
2–3 years experience in a similar role
-
Knowledge of service department operations and customer care
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
