Job Purpose
To achieve sales targets by providing excellent customer service and maintaining lasting customer relationships, ensuring an outstanding vehicle buying experience.
Key Responsibilities

Sell the maximum number of used vehicles possible
-
Maintain profits in line with company standards
-
Introduce all customers to Finance & Insurance (F&I)
-
Promote all available accessories and specials
-
Ensure customer satisfaction and high service levels
-
Follow the full “Road To A Sale” with every customer
-
Manage deals and documentation accurately per CPA and company policy
-
Ensure demo vehicles are clean and ready
-
Assist with showroom events and maintain knowledge of promotions
-
Ensure vehicles are delivered defect-free and fully paid before release
-
Introduce customers to key personnel at delivery
-
Perform any reasonable requests made by management
Minimum Requirements
-
Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
-
2–3 years experience in vehicle sales
-
Motor industry experience is essential
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
Full product knowledge and ability to meet prospecting targets
