Position Summary
SACAP is seeking a Junior Learning and Teaching Coordinator (JLTC) for its Online Campus. This is a fixed-term position for 1 year. The JLTC plays a vital support role in coordinating and administering faculty-related activities and works closely with the Learning and Teaching Coordinator, Student Administration, and Student Support & Development teams.
Key Responsibilities

Support and coordinate alongside the Online Campus Learning and Teaching Coordinator

Engage and support Online Educators’ wellness and engagement

Assist with timetable scheduling each academic term

Perform academic liaison and administrative duties
-
Coordinate new educator planning each term

Handle quality assurance data management processes
-
Manage faculty records and ensure accurate academic administration
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
-
A 3-year undergraduate degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or Business Administration

At least 3 years’ experience in academic administration or coordination, ideally in South African Higher Education

Strong digital literacy and interest in online education

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Well-developed interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Meticulous attention to detail

Proactive, with the ability to plan and anticipate future needs
