About the Role
AFGRI is seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to lead all operations of a retail branch in Bethal. This position is accountable for profitability, customer service, and operational excellence across all divisions within the branch—aligned to AFGRI’s strategic objectives.
Minimum Requirements
Education & Training:

Grade 12 (Matric)
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Business, Finance, or Management (Advantageous)
Work Experience:
-
3–5 years of management experience in an agricultural retail or Agri trade environment
Key Responsibilities

Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Manage branch operations, staff, finances, and inventory

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation

Drive business growth and profitability in line with the department’s plan

Lead and support employees to maintain a high-performance culture
Skills & Competencies
Technical Competencies:

Proficiency in MS Office

Understanding of agricultural operations and cycles

Knowledge of John Deere products and other AFGRI agencies (advantageous)
