Job Purpose:
The VIP Host role at Sun Bet is responsible for managing the VIP customer program, acting as the main point of contact for VIP customers. The goal is to build and maintain strong relationships with Sun Bet’s VIP clients, driving revenue and achieving visitation targets in line with company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
Education:

Grade 12
Experience:
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service, a contact centre, or a sales environment

Experience with high-end and VIP customers is an advantage
-
Interest and experience in sports is preferred
Skills and Knowledge:

Key Performance Areas:

Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients to increase customer loyalty and engagement

Monitor and develop VIP accounts to drive revenue growth

Use CRM systems to manage VIP interactions and meet performance targets

Assist VIP customers with bookings and special requests (e.g., hotels, restaurants, offers)

Attend Sun Bet events to strengthen customer relationships and promote the VIP program
