Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Provide an excellent experience to every customer
Greet customers with a smile and a warm welcome
Suggest promotions and specials to enhance the customer’s shopping experience
Ensure company customer service standards are upheld

Safety and Store Appearance:

Maintain store cleanliness and safety
Ensure all environmental and hazardous material regulations are followed
Handle any incidents or accidents responsibly and report them promptly
Support Nouria’s Safety and Health Program

Operations:

Communicate with management on store operations and changes
Prepare shift reports following company guidelines
Ensure efficient store operations to support growth and profitability

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older
Ability to read, write, and perform arithmetic at an 8th-grade level
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as carrying milk cartons, soft drinks, and other supplies
Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products
Work in various temperatures (coolers, outdoors, etc.)
Stay calm and follow procedures in emergencies
Must verify IDs when selling tobacco and alcohol

Physical Requirements:

Stand for long periods
Move around the store and access all areas
Occasionally sit at a desk for computer tasks
