Job Purpose

To provide high-level service to customers, SBIB provincial offices, SBSA branches, and underwriters by resolving insurance policy queries on assurance products. This role supports customer relationship management to build loyalty while maintaining a professional corporate image.

Minimum Requirements

  • Completed Matric

  • RE 5 certification

  • NQF 5 FAIS Qualification

Experience Required

  • 3 years of insurance industry experience

  • Minimum of 2 years call centre/telephone experience

  • Knowledge of at least one insurance product (Insurance Consultant Level 1)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.

  • Support branches and underwriters with assurance product-related queries.

  • Assist in building customer loyalty through relationship management.

  • Maintain a high standard of service delivery in line with the company’s image.
