To provide high-level service to customers, SBIB provincial offices, SBSA branches, and underwriters by resolving insurance policy queries on assurance products. This role supports customer relationship management to build loyalty while maintaining a professional corporate image.
Minimum Requirements

Completed Matric

RE 5 certification

NQF 5 FAIS Qualification
Experience Required

3 years of insurance industry experience

Minimum of 2 years call centre/telephone experience

Knowledge of at least one insurance product (Insurance Consultant Level 1)
