Pepkor Lifestyle is offering a 12-month Graduate Internship and 18-month TVET Work Integrated Learning experience, providing practical exposure in the retail industry. This is an ideal opportunity for unemployed graduates and TVET learners to gain real-world work experience across multiple disciplines and develop leadership and technical skills in one of South Africa’s largest retail groups.

Targeted Qualifications

Higher Education Graduates (Degrees/Diplomas):

Marketing Management
Business Management / Business Administration
Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology
Digital Marketing / Ecommerce
IT Project Administration / Project Management
IT Information Systems / Business Information Technology

TVET Graduates:

18-month practical work experience component (Work Integrated Learning – WIL)

Candidate Requirements

Unemployed
South African Citizen with valid SA ID
Under 32 years old
Completed a relevant qualification from an accredited university, tertiary institution, or TVET college
