Purpose of the Role

To deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge while maximising sales through effective cross-selling and upselling, contributing to a positive customer experience and store profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales through product recommendations, cross-selling, and upselling
Adhere to store operating procedures to reduce loss and shrinkage
Maintain a visually appealing and welcoming shopping environment
Execute daily operations, including promotions and stock handling
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

Matric / Grade 12 (Essential)

Experience

Experience in cosmetics sales (Highly beneficial)
Previous retail or customer service experience (Advantageous)

Skills & Knowledge

Solid understanding of retail principles and sales techniques
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Basic problem-solving ability
Computer literacy
Knowledge of stock control and merchandising
