Role Purpose
To assist the Admin/Operations Manager in managing stock control, asset management, and operational processes in-store. The Admin Assistant plays a key role in reducing operational risk and ensuring adherence to iStore policies and SOPs.
Key Responsibilities

Support with stock control and asset management

Ensure adherence to SOPs, policies, and procedures

Minimise risk by supporting operations and back-office tasks

Assist with reporting, compliance, and administrative processes

Contribute to smooth store operations and customer satisfaction
Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12) – Required

Tertiary qualification – Advantageous

1+ year admin experience in a retail environment, or
-
2+ years admin experience in another industry
