Role Purpose

To assist the Admin/Operations Manager in managing stock control, asset management, and operational processes in-store. The Admin Assistant plays a key role in reducing operational risk and ensuring adherence to iStore policies and SOPs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support with stock control and asset management

  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, policies, and procedures

  • Minimise risk by supporting operations and back-office tasks

  • Assist with reporting, compliance, and administrative processes

  • Contribute to smooth store operations and customer satisfaction


Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) – Required

  • Tertiary qualification – Advantageous

  • 1+ year admin experience in a retail environment, or

  • 2+ years admin experience in another industry
