Duties and Responsibilities

As an IT Learner, you will:

• Gain exposure to IT environments, digital business operations, and technology-enabled business processes.
• Participate in structured learning activities and workplace projects.
• Assist with basic IT administrative and operational tasks.
• Develop problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Collaborate with technology teams, mentors, and colleagues.
• Learn about systems, applications, data, digital tools, and business technologies.
• Complete learning requirements towards nationally recognised qualifications.
• Develop professional workplace skills, including communication, teamwork, and professionalism.

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Be a South African citizen.
• Be between 18 and 26 years old.
• Have strong academic results in English, Mathematics, and CAT or Physical Science.
• Have basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Have a genuine interest in technology, innovation, and digital solutions.
• Demonstrate curiosity, eagerness to learn, and adaptability.
• Have strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Be able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability.

Educational Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Completed Grade 12 / Matric.
• Passed English with 60% or higher and an additional South African language.
• Passed Mathematics with 60%.
• Passed CAT or Physical Science with 50%.
