Job Description
Fidelity Services Group is looking for a Personal Assistant to support the Regional Manager with the daily operations of the regional office.
The successful candidate will provide administrative and organisational support, assist with client and branch queries, coordinate travel and meetings, and assist management with various operational and administrative duties.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum Matric Certificate.
- Previous experience in Branch Administration will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Computer literate.
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Strong planning and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication and client liaison skills.
- Own transport is essential.
Key Performance Areas
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Managing and following up on the Regional Manager's diary.
- Typing weekly, monthly and management reports.
- Assisting with and resolving branch and client queries telephonically and electronically.
- Filing relevant documentation numerically and alphabetically.
- Performing general office duties and providing administrative assistance.
- Assisting management with duties as required.
- Booking travel and accommodation for the Regional Manager.
- Assisting with fleet, fuel and company fleet management.
- Capturing payroll orders on the payroll system.
- Assisting management with the HR portal.
- Issuing purchase orders and CAPEX requests.
- Ordering monthly stationery and refreshments.
- Maintaining records of polygraph examinations.
- Processing client funds.
- Performing treasury balancing and float checks.
- Assisting with staff management.
- Accepting overall responsibility for the centre and its performance.
- Monitoring time and attendance.
- Monitoring daily stock levels.
