Job Description
Senwes is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator (Properties) to join its Corporate Services team in Klerksdorp. The successful candidate will provide administrative and project support within the facilities and property management environment, ensuring the efficient coordination of office operations and property-related activities.
This role is ideal for an organized individual with strong administrative skills and the ability to work effectively in a structured, process-driven environment.
Purpose of the Role
The Office Administrator (Properties) will support the Corporate Services team by managing day-to-day office administration, assisting with property-related processes, coordinating projects, preparing reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of facilities administration functions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Corporate Services and Properties team.
Assist with property and facilities-related administrative processes.
Coordinate project administration activities and maintain project records.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation as required.
Maintain accurate filing systems and records.
Schedule meetings and assist with office coordination activities.
Support facilities management operations and property-related tasks.
Ensure documentation is completed accurately and within required deadlines.
Assist with data capturing and record maintenance.
Provide general office support to ensure efficient departmental operations.
Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding administrative requirements.
Minimum Requirements
National Senior Certificate (Grade 12 / Matric).
Minimum of 2 years' office administration or project administration experience.
SAP experience will be advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
