Busamed Bram Fischer Private Hospital, in partnership with HWSETA, is offering a Generic Management NQF Level 5 Learnership opportunity for currently employed staff members who are passionate about leadership development and professional growth.
This learnership is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience required to become effective leaders and managers within a healthcare environment. Learners will benefit from a combination of structured theoretical training and workplace-based learning while continuing to contribute to the hospital's operational excellence.
Participants will gain exposure to various aspects of healthcare operations, including people management, service delivery, communication, problem-solving, leadership, and workplace supervision. The programme provides an opportunity to work towards a nationally recognised Generic Management NQF Level 5 qualification while strengthening management and leadership capabilities.
