About the Role:

Join Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller as a Sales Consultant at iStore Maponya Mall. This part-time role is ideal for individuals who are tech-savvy, customer-focused, and passionate about Apple products. You'll assist customers hands-on with Apple devices and services, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Apple solutions
Deliver hands-on product demonstrations
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and advise on Apple services, training, and repairs
Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales targets
Assist with queue management and ensuring customers are directed to the right team or service area
Work a flexible schedule, up to 138 hours per month

Minimum Requirements:

Matric / National Senior Certificate (compulsory)
Some sales or customer service experience, preferably in retail
Passion for Apple products and willingness to learn
Comfortable with technology and guiding others
Must be willing to undergo background checks, including:
- Criminal record
- Credit check
- ID and matric verification
- References from two previous managers or supervisors
