Job Purpose:

To provide exceptional customer service and ensure high-quality, efficient, and effective claims handling and sales support across multiple contact channels in line with PG Glass' High Performance Network strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, professional customer service (internal and external)

  • Handle multi-channel claims from start to finish (calls, emails, online etc.)

  • Upsell services and convert leads into sales

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints through root cause analysis

  • Ensure accurate admin and reporting via CRM and internal systems

  • Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to support business continuity


Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 / Matric

Experience:

  • 1–3 years in a Contact Centre environment (inbound, outbound, or blended)

Knowledge:

  • MS Office Suite (computer literacy)

  • Strong verbal and written business communication

  • Customer service and sales principles

Skills:

  • Attention to detail

  • Listening and problem-solving

  • Planning and organising

  • Adaptability and resilience

  • Ability to work well in a team

  • Competent in telephony/contact centre systems
