Job Purpose:
To provide exceptional customer service and ensure high-quality, efficient, and effective claims handling and sales support across multiple contact channels in line with PG Glass' High Performance Network strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, professional customer service (internal and external)

Handle multi-channel claims from start to finish (calls, emails, online etc.)

Upsell services and convert leads into sales

Manage and resolve customer complaints through root cause analysis
-
Ensure accurate admin and reporting via CRM and internal systems
-
Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to support business continuity
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications:

Grade 12 / Matric
Experience:
-
1–3 years in a Contact Centre environment (inbound, outbound, or blended)
Knowledge:
-
MS Office Suite (computer literacy)

Strong verbal and written business communication

Customer service and sales principles
