Job Purpose:
To achieve monthly used vehicle sales targets through exceptional customer service, prospecting, negotiation, and closing of sales, while maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams

Build and grow an active customer base through cold calling and relationship building

Provide an outstanding customer experience from first contact to post-sale follow-up

Manage and resolve customer escalations efficiently

Accurately evaluate used vehicles

Understand and respond to current market trends and customer behavior

Negotiate terms of sales and close deals effectively
-
Provide timely and professional feedback to customers
Minimum Requirements:
-
Matric (Grade 12)
-
3+ years experience as a Sales Executive in the motor industry

Code 8 Driver’s License (required)

Computer literate
-
Proven track record of meeting monthly sales targets
Desirable Skills and Attributes:

Knowledge of used vehicle sales, evaluation, and dealership policies

Strong understanding of the motor industry and economic/market factors

Familiarity with Higher Gear or similar sales platforms

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Skilled in customer needs analysis and qualification

Self-motivated, professional, and well-presented

Strong administrative, time management, and prioritization skills

Ability to build networks and generate leads

Multilingual abilities (local languages) will be an advantage
